Before your quote is finalized
- Give the full street address, cross street and actual entrance. For a construction project, identify the active gate or lot.
- Measure the narrowest gate or passage and describe steps, slopes, tight turns, low wires and branches.
- Share the preferred placement and a backup. A level, stable spot must remain reachable for servicing.
- Confirm landowner, venue or association approval. Public streets and sidewalks require separate review.
- For a trailer, send setup space, turning access and available utilities. Obtain the selected model’s requirements.
Before the truck arrives
- Move vehicles, materials and other obstructions from the agreed route.
- Mark the approved position with a cone or clear instructions.
- Arrange gate access and provide a reachable contact plus a backup where possible.
- Recheck soft or uneven ground after rain or excavation.
- Confirm the delivery window. If you request a call ahead, clarify whether it is confirmed or only noted as a preference.
While equipment is on site
Keep the service approach and accessible guest route open. Ask the provider before relocating a unit or changing connections. Request extra service early if usage rises or supplies need attention. A locked gate can prevent a scheduled visit even when the site is otherwise ready.
When it is time for pickup
- Request removal using the contact route on your order, unless collection is already explicitly scheduled.
- Confirm the removal window and when billing stops.
- Leave the equipment in the agreed position, with the route clear.
- Make sure the contact and gate arrangements still work after the event or project closes.
- Retain the pickup acknowledgment and final invoice.
