BEFORE DELIVERY

[ ] Placement marked; gate access arranged
[ ] Reachable contact and backup supplied
[ ] Ground rechecked after rain or excavation
[ ] Arrival window and any advance-call request clarified

DURING RENTAL
[ ] Service approach and accessible guest route kept open
[ ] Provider contacted before moving equipment
[ ] Supplies and extra-service needs reported promptly

PICKUP
[ ] Removal requested and acknowledged, unless expressly scheduled
[ ] Billing stop date and final fees confirmed
[ ] Equipment left in approved position; access clear
[ ] Gate arrangements and site contact remain available
[ ] Collection and final invoice records retained
