Choose the features, not just the label
“Deluxe” can describe different equipment. Tell us whether you want a flushing toilet, a sink inside, a mirror or a particular interior finish. Ask which features are included in the quoted model; a premium name is not a specification.
Customers planning reunions and backyard parties often compare a deluxe unit with a trailer. A single portable unit may work in a smaller placement, while a trailer may offer multiple stalls and indoor-style amenities. The right choice depends on access, guest expectations and the total quote.
See the interior before you decide
Request current photos of the equipment being offered, including the toilet, sink and entrance. The photos below illustrate possible configurations. Confirm whether the flushing system uses fresh water or recirculates, whether the sink is integrated, and how supplies and water are replenished.
Ventilation is different from air conditioning. Do not assume that a deluxe portable unit is climate controlled. If heating or cooling is essential, ask about the specific trailer comparison and its utility requirements.
