Compare the same rental, line by line
A standard unit for an afternoon gathering is not the same order as a flushing unit for a holiday weekend or a trailer for a wedding. This site does not publish a universal price because equipment availability, delivery access, duration and service needs change the quote.
| Quote line | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Equipment | Unit type, quantity, specific features and any handwashing station. |
| Rental period | Exact start and end dates, or the recurring cycle for an open-ended order. |
| Delivery and setup | Whether transport, placement and any agreed setup are included. |
| Routine service | Frequency, first visit, pumping, cleaning and replenished supplies. |
| Collection | Pickup charge, notice process and billing stop date. |
| Additional items | Taxes, rush service, extra visits, utility equipment and any site-specific charges. |
First-cycle cost and recurring cost may differ
Ongoing rentals may bill in 28-day periods. One-time delivery or a selected rush option can make the first charge different from later charges. A separate collection fee may be due at removal. Ask for all three figures: the amount due now, the recurring amount and the expected final pickup cost.
Illustrative calendar example: three four-week billing periods cover 84 days. They do not equal three calendar months. The agreement should identify renewal dates and whether any unused time can be prorated.
A short event can have a longer placement window
Some private events use delivery before the event day and collection afterward. Ask whether that is included in the quoted rental and whether the property allows the equipment to remain. Public-event permits may impose narrower windows; review Berkeley’s event conditions before booking.
Ask before approving an extra service
If you need a rush delivery, another pump-out, an attendant or a relocation, request the price and availability first. Describe difficult access early so the quote is based on the intended position. Confirm any failed-delivery, damage or additional-trip terms in the written agreement.
Know when the order becomes a booking
A price discussion or submitted form is not a confirmed reservation. Ask what approval, signature and payment are needed, which cancellation deadline applies, and how dispatch confirmation will be provided. Never send payment card details through the website inquiry form.
