Decide what “premium” should mean for your event
List the amenities that matter: a flushing toilet, interior handwashing, a mirror, lighting or climate control. Those features are model-dependent. Ask for a written description and photos of the offered equipment before making a choice.
A deluxe unit or a trailer?
A deluxe portable toilet may suit a smaller footprint or a property without a trailer setup area. A trailer can provide an indoor-style finish and multiple compartments, subject to the layout offered. Compare access, utilities and the complete rental cost alongside appearance.
Ventilation does not mean air conditioning. If temperature control is essential, confirm the equipment and the required electrical supply. If guests need accessible facilities, review those arrangements separately rather than assuming a premium unit covers them.
Fit the restrooms into the hospitality plan
Consider lighting on the guest route, how a queue forms and where handwashing takes place. Confirm whether attendants or replenishment visits are available and what they include. Assign an event contact to request help if conditions change.
Coordinate with the venue’s setup team
Share delivery restrictions, utility locations and the removal deadline. Avoid placing restroom equipment where catering vehicles, tents or parked cars will later block service. A professional-looking setup still needs a practical path for the equipment to leave.
