Short use still needs a complete schedule
Tell us both the date the restroom must be ready and the date it is no longer needed. A two-day event may require a different delivery and collection window. Ask whether earlier placement changes the quoted amount and whether the site can keep the equipment until the agreed pickup.
Backyard parties and household projects
For a family gathering, identify how many guests will rely on the temporary toilet and whether house restrooms remain open. A standard unit can provide extra capacity; a sink-equipped or flushing model adds different amenities. Compare the actual features and total price.
For plumbing repairs, explain whether the property is occupied and whether residents need overnight access. Ask the property manager or contractor to confirm a usable, secure placement that does not block tenants or emergency access.
Check short-notice availability by phone
Equipment stock and the delivery route both need confirmation. A unit appearing on the website does not mean it is reserved or available tomorrow. Tell us if a previous supplier cancelled so the required arrival date is clear.
Keep payment and cancellation details together
Ask for an itemized quote, payment deadline and written cancellation conditions before authorizing the rental. Short-notice orders may already be close to a nonrefundable window. The cancellation terms for another customer’s order may not apply to yours.
Agree on access if no one will be present: a marked spot, gate arrangements and a reachable contact can help. Confirm collection with the provider; do not leave it to an assumption that every weekend rental is automatically collected Monday.
