Explain how the temporary restroom will be used
Tell us the number of people, number of nights and whether existing toilets are available. An outdoor gathering near RVs may need a different service schedule from a short daytime event. Share any guests’ accessible-facility needs and whether a separate wash station is required.
A standalone toilet is a separate service

Make the location reachable
Give a navigable street address and the actual entrance rather than only a campsite name. Explain unpaved access, gates, slopes and where vehicles will park. A delivery plan must also leave room for servicing and collection after the gathering is occupied.
Agree on sanitation and supplies
Confirm the unit type, paper, handwashing and replenishment arrangements for the full stay. If usage changes or the stay extends, contact the provider before supplies or capacity become a problem. Do not connect, empty or relocate equipment without an agreed procedure.
Finish with a confirmed collection plan
Ask who requests pickup, when billing stops and how entry will work after guests depart. Keep the site contact available and the approved route unobstructed until removal is complete.
